Now, they’re a proudly female-run, family-owned business shaking things up in the Waikato, New Zealand. Bex and Poppy handcraft premium dried fruit garnishes, citrus slices, rim dust salts and sugars, and edible flower garnishes — all made with natural ingredients and a little bit of attitude. What they can’t grow themselves, they source locally, backing other NZ businesses and keeping things close to home (just how they like it).
