'Come Fly With Me' features a pīwakawaka/fantail carrying a banner of mānuka, swooping and spreading their beautiful feathers. Believe it or not, these little birds are one of our most fierce hunters, with their long tail feathers helping them twist and turn during flight. Their favourite foods are moths, flies, wasps, spiders, beetles and occasional fruit. 

We are so lucky to have the company of such a joyful little bird. If you want to give them a helping hand, keen an eye on your furry friends and contribute to any local pest-control programs.
