Usage:

• Add 6-8 drops of Rosemary essential oil to a diffuser
• Add 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and rest an open towel over your head and bowl to trap the steam. Keep your eyes closed. Inhale the scent.
• Massage: Add 5-8 drops to 30mls of carrier oil.
