Juniper essential oil is recognised for its ability to help ease the stiffness of joints and is beneficial for treating sore muscles and acne & oily skin. 

Benefits:

• Helps relieve muscular & connective tissue injuries
• Suitable for oily skin
• Cleansing & purifying

Usage:

• Add 6 -8 drops to your essential oil burner or diffuser
• Add 6 drops to a warm bath
• Add approx 6 drops to 30mls of your chosen carrier oil. Massage into the area of concern, i.e. muscles & joints.
